Problem: Fragmented design systems costs businesses time, money and customer trust. Discover's system was lacking cohesion across business units and leading to broken experiences and constant rework.
Insight: A scalable design practice across large organizations can reduce inefficiencies, create seamless customer journeys and enhance the overall user experience—not to mention high customer satisfaction ratings.
Solution: We created a single enterprise design system from the ground up for use across all businesses units: credit card, banking, loans, etc. This new accessibility-focused system ensures that by designing for all, we have a solid foundation that supports positive experiences for +57M customers.
