Problem: If you misplace your credit card, anxiety and stress about someone racking up charges and ruining your credit become more and more real.
Insight: Discover customer service reps can activate and deactivate credit cards remotely without ever affecting customers' credit. Wouldn’t it be cool if I could do it myself?
Solution: We created Freeze It and put control back in the hands of the customer. Now an industry standard, this innovative credit card on/off switch resulted in a massive decline in customer service calls and a whopping $20MM annual cost reduction.
