Problem: Terminix was known for being a legacy pest control service. But, legacy was synonymous with outdated logistical processes.
Insight: With the rise of SaaS solutions, when a pest emergency appears, customers expect technology and service that enables them to take immediate action.
Solution: We pitched a pest-control platform and full ecosystem that connects customers to technicians. Similar to rideshare experiences, customers would have the ability to self-service in moments of panic. From appointment tracking, to communicating with technicians, to pest recognition tools, to swarm alerts—we proposed a strategically designed experience that alleviates pest-induced anxieties.
